Booking Confirmation
All Umrah bookings must be made through Alfalah Tours’ official website, office, or authorized representatives. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment and issuing a written confirmation.
Visa Processing and Approval
Umrah visa issuance is subject to approval by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia authorities. Alfalah Tours is not responsible for visa delays, refusals, or processing time changes. Pilgrims must hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the travel date.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed before travel or within the agreed payment deadline. Any additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or service providers must be paid by the pilgrim.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, visa, and service provider policies. Non-refundable fees, processing charges, and already-used services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Travel Documents Responsibility
Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring their passport, visa, tickets, vaccination records, and other travel documents are valid and available before departure.
Flight Schedule Changes
Alfalah Tours is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, rescheduling, or cancellations. Any additional costs due to airline changes are the pilgrim’s responsibility.
Hotel and Transport Services
Hotel and transport services are arranged through trusted partners. Alfalah Tours will make every effort to deliver confirmed services but reserves the right to provide equivalent alternatives if necessary.
Personal Belongings
Pilgrims are fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Alfalah Tours is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during travel.
Health and Medical Responsibility
Pilgrims must be medically fit for Umrah travel. Any medical treatment, hospitalization, or related expenses during the journey are the pilgrim’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
Alfalah Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and visa authorities. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, government actions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
